About Our Company
First Call Window Services Ltd started life on the 13th March 2006, when the owners Peter & Mick decided it was time to put all the years of working within the Home Improvement Industry (over 50 years combined) to good use. Watching how some companies were bringing down the reputation of the Industry, we knew we could make a difference to the general public, helping them with their projects, constructively and fairly. So much so, that we are now on the list of Approved Installers for the In Touch Home Improvement Agency (help for the elderly and the infirm) and are also invited to tender for projects by East Hampshire District Council.
The owners of First Call spending a day at the races in 2009, with Steve Davis presenting the winner of the NetworkVeka sponsored race with a plaque & a bottle of bubbly. Lyn & Mick are 2nd & 3rd from the left whilst standing next to Steve Davis are Peter & Carol on the far right.

We became members of the consumer “watchdog “ organisation Checkatrade on the 10th May 2007 and have never looked back (constantly being Monitored, Vetted & Recommended by our customers - take a look at some of the comments left by our customers). A little peace of mind when having to make that hard choice of which tradesman or company to use for your all important project.
2008 saw First Call accepted into the ranks of the NetworkVeka organisation (audited EVERY year to make sure we maintain the very high standard required to be a member of the NetworkVeka organisation). At the 2010 AGM we were awarded 2 certificates for the Customer Satisfaction Awards, we were Regional Finalist “Central & Southern England“ 2009 and also awarded a certificate for attaining the 100% Achievers Club for Customer Satisfaction Award. We don’t doubt for one moment that we will achieve the same again and more in the future. All our installations are covered by NetworkVeka’s 10 year Insurance Backed Guarantee.
2008 also saw us become a FENSA registered company for yet more security and peace of mind for our customers.
So, with a history like that over the short time since the company was formed it’s no wonder we're going from strength to strength.
